Oil Processing

We have advanced oil processing technology and manufacture oil machine in China. The oils and fats are extracted from different types of seeds, fruit and nuts. The preparation of oilseeds including husking, cleaning, crushing, and conditioning.
 

The extraction processes are generally mechanical  or including use solvent such as hexane. After the oil processing of solvent extraction, the crude oil is separated and the solvent will be evaporated and recovered. Residues are conditioned (for example, dried) and are reprocessed to yield by-products such as animal feed. Then the crude oils need to be refined.
