What is the egg tray drying machine?

Automatic Metal Drying System
Single layer metal drying line
It has only one layer, so the equipment covers a large area and the output is relatively small. It is suitable for customers who need a medium-sized production scale but has high requirements for automation.

Multilayer metal drying line
It can be designed with 2-6 layers. Even with the egg tray machine, the occupation space is very small, which is suitable for large-scale and automatic production.

Civil engineering drying line

A key characteristic of this civil engineering drying method is that it requires more space, with a longer setup distance. However, we provide customers with detailed guidance on construction and energy-saving techniques. Despite its larger space requirement, this method is more affordable compared to metal drying systems.
Box-type egg tray dryer
This is a box-type egg tray dryer, ideal for customers with smaller production volumes of less than 2,500 egg trays per hour. Its compact design allows it to fit within a single container, simplifying installation without the need for complex local construction. Upon receiving the equipment, customers can quickly install and start operations, making it especially beneficial for those in regions with a rainy season. For customers who already have drying equipment but want to ensure year-round production during rainy periods, the box-type dryer serves as a reliable alternative. Brick room with carts (trolley drying)
When the egg tray drying method involves a brick room with carts, it is referred to as a semi-automatic egg tray production line. This process requires more workers to transport the egg trays using carts for drying. The heat in the brick room can be recovered to reduce energy consumption. One advantage of this method is its low cost, with the added benefit of being unaffected by weather conditions.
Tunnel type hanging drying line
The drying tunnel features an air distribution system that fills the chamber with hot air, causing moisture in the product to evaporate. Once dried, the product is transported out using either a cart or a hanging basket. This drying method provides numerous advantages, such as high production capacity, low energy consumption, and efficient performance, while allowing for precise control over the quality of the final product. Natural drying
Natural drying refers to placing semi-wet egg trays outdoors or indoors to evaporate the moisture at a normal temperature. It requires workers to manually deliver egg trays to the drying site with trolleys and then place egg trays on the ground or the drying rack.
- The egg tray production with natural drying is generally called manual egg tray production line or manual egg tray machine.
- Natural drying is suitable for small production egg tray machine, such as 1-sided egg tray machine.
- Countries and regions with plenty of sunshine can be chosen, such as Africa.
- Choosing natural air drying can save some investment, which is very suitable economically. However, it is not recommended for customers with large production egg tray machine or no place to dry.
