What Is Egg Tray Packaging Machine?
The egg tray packaging machine, also known as the egg tray packaging system, is typically positioned after the egg tray dryer in the egg tray production line. Its primary function is to efficiently pack fully dried egg trays in batches, streamlining the process.When paper tray products are produced in large quantities on a pulp molding automatic production line, manual stacking becomes challenging and labor-intensive. An automatic stacking machine can neatly stack the products coming out of the drying line and count them automatically, reducing the labor intensity for production workers and minimizing the number of personnel needed in the production workshop.

Hot Press Machine
The hot press machine is commonly used to improve the surface smoothness of pulp molded products. It maintains a consistent temperature automatically once set, operating at high temperatures to evenly press products, ensuring uniform thickness. Additionally, it can trim rough edges during the process. The mold size and design can be adjusted to suit different pulp products, making it easier to release them from the molds. Besides egg trays, the hot press machine is also suitable for producing deeper paper trays, such as fruit trays, cup trays, and electronics trays. In a packaging system, the use of a hot press machine is optional and depends on the customer's quality requirements for the final product.- Energy-saving: the motor only needs 2.2 kW.
