- Manufacturing Phase

After initial manufacturing, additional treatments like heat treatment and sandblasting are applied to enhance the mold's strength and durability.
- Precision Machining Phase
Precision machining is performed to ensure the mold's accuracy and surface quality meet all specifications. This phase includes planetary grinding, general grinding, electrical discharge machining (EDM), polishing, and more. EDM is especially crucial for achieving accuracy in deep and non-circular holes.
- Assembly & Debugging
Once each mold component meets the specified accuracy and surface standards, the mold is assembled. Debugging, testing, and verification then follow to ensure all parts function smoothly together, achieving optimal performance and surface quality.
