1.Egg Tray Molds

Pulp molds shape wet pulp through molds, dry it, and finally solidify it into the desired shape. The wet pulp is absorbed to the surface of the mold by vacuum suction. There are many small holes in the mold to drain out the water and allow the pulp to shape inside the mold. The pulp is further compacted by applying pressure using a matching stamp. Removes more moisture and distributes the fibers more evenly, making its surface smoother and flatter.

2.Vacuum Pump

The vacuum pump plays a crucial role in the paper pulp molding process by improving the compactness between the paper pulp and the mold, as well as increasing the density of the pulp fibers. Additionally, it removes approximately 30% of the water from the egg tray, leaving it in a semi-wet state after molding. This not only enhances the efficiency of the drying system but also facilitates the recovery and reuse of water in the production process.

3.Air Compressor

This machine compresses air to raise gas pressure and is widely used across various industries. It is also an essential component of the egg tray production line. In the molding system, a piston air compressor is utilized to separate the molded products from the dies.

4.Cleaning Device

The cleaning system is an optional component of the molding system, designed for easy and energy-efficient assembly. It is used to flush away residual pulp after molding.
