Bean Peeling Plant
Bean peeling plant is used to hull soybean, black-eye beans, kidney bean, green bean, lentil, pea and chickpea. It is constituted by 2 sieves, 2 destoners, 2 air elutriation, 2 magnetic separator. 2 sheller, a brusher, a color selector and a grader. All these machines can be added or removed according to your requirement. You can add water or oil to improve the gloss of bean surface.
The capacity of bean peeling plant is 10T/D, 20T/D, 40T/D, 50T/D, 80T/D, 100T/D, 200T/D and 500T/D.

Bean sheller working principle
The bean sheller adopts high-speed rotating emery flute to cut and rub the bean peel or corn cortex continuously, thus damaging the connective tissues of beans or endosperm and embryo of corns. As a deep process for beans and corns, this process can improve their quality and add utilization values. Bean sheller applies to corn and bean deep process in small-scale food processing plant.

Bean peeling plant projects
The following pictures show our recent projects of bean peeling plant. The first is a 100TPD soybean processing line set up in South Africa, which is constituted by soybean cleaning , hulling, flour milling and packaging machine. The second one is a 20TPD lentil project set up in Ethiopia, constituted by lentil cleaning, hulling, polishing, color selecting and package machine.
