Model YZL-28 is a type of screw oil expeller. Model YZP-28 is pre-press expeller. They have similiar structures but with different purposes. They are large-sized equipment of continuous press which applied in the large and medium-sized oil milling plants.
The YZL/YZP series oil expeller produced by our factory have obtained the authentication of ISO9001-2000. The quality of our products are good for your trust. All main parts of the machine such as main axes, press screw, cage bar, gearing parts etc. are made of alloy material after high quality and hardening treatment. The special treatment can keep the oil press wearable under the condition of long time of high tempurature and friction wear. The technology of the series oil expellers adopt latest advanced design and every model is after study and practise by our engineer for several years. For unusual raw materials, we will condition the expeller press to best reasult after our experiments.
The YZL/YZP-28 oil expellers are suitable for extraction of vegetable oil from high oil-content oil-bearing materials such as soybean, peanut kernel, cotton seeds, coconut, colza seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, corn embryo, palm kernel etc.
Pre-press
Generally, the pre-press expeller will have bigger press chamber compared to common screw press. The pre-press features big capacity which can meet great need of feedstock at the extraction section in oil mills. The pre-press is only used as primitive press before extraction section.
